GETTING TO ELSTREE AERODROME

By road from Central London, West End Go past Swiss Cottage, Brent Cross, through Hendon and Mill Hill on the A41. Keep on the A41 until you see Elstree Aerodrome clearly signposted off to the right (Dagger Lane), about 2 miles beyond Edgware just after the A411 roundabout. Follow the signposts for about a mile.

By road from London City Go out on the A1 through Islington and Highgate to Apex Corner (where the A41 diverges from the A1) and then along the A41 as if from the West End.

By road from the M25 (clockwise) Turn off at Junction 19 and follow the A41 South until you see Elstree Aerodrome signposted to the left (Dagger Lane), just before the A411 roundabout. Follow the signposts for about a mile.

By road from the M25 (anti-clockwise) Turn off at Junction 20 and follow the A41 South, signposted Watford and Harrow. Take the second turning on the left (Dagger Lane) after the Jarvis Hotel, signposted Elstree Aerodrome. Follow the signposts for about a mile.

By road from the M1 Exit at Junction 5 and follow the A41 South, signposted Watford and Harrow. Take the second turning on the left (Dagger Lane) after the Jarvis Hotel, signposted Elstree Aerodrome. Follow the signposts for about a mile.

By public transport Take the Northern Line Underground to Edgware Station. Alternatively, the Thameslink rail serves Elstree & Borehamwood Station. Taxis are available.
